RETURNING ITEMS FROM THE CRIMSON ONLINE STORE
We love when you shop at our E–Store, so we hope to provide you with the best service. When you shop at Crimson, you become part of the Crimson family. We personally check every order we ship to you. There is no exchange policy available currently available for our E–Store. However, Crimson will refund any item(s), if the item(s) received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size or style was shipped within 7 days of purchase. Prior to shipping the return to Crimson, you will need to contact our customer service center by emailing us at email@example.com or by messaging us on our Facebook page. If approved, your refund will be credited to your Crimson account. If you prefer, we can also credit your refund to a bank account from Pakistan. At present, we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts outside of Pakistan. Please allow two weeks for the processing of refunds. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

We are unable to accept exchanges of Crimson merchandise purchased online.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. Crimson may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment being declined.
